For your dining pleasure, located in the centre of the park, you will find an outside bar and grill where diners can relax on a covered deck overlooking Turtle Lagoon.

The menu boasts a range of Caribbean and international items to tease and please every palete; also ask for the island’s very own beer – Caybrew.

Prepared by our staff of experienced chefs, local selections include conch fritters and marinated conch appetizers, alongside shrimp, calamari, burgers and chicken favourites.

Because the Cayman Turtle Farm is dedicated to both conservation and carefully calibrated commercial sales of traditional food products, Schooner’s also offers a modest selection of turtle dishes for those interested in exploring the island’s culinary background.

Schooners is open 7 days a week between 8:00am and 4:30pm. With capacity seating of 140, Schooners Bar & Grill caters for birthdays, anniversaries, wedding receptions or other special occasions; groups of casual diners or just a crowd of friends dropping by for a drink and a snack on the open-air terrace.

After a delicious meal and a cool tropical drink, visitors can take in the island ambience.
