September 9th 2014……The Cayman Turtle Centre: Island Wildlife Encounter was represented at the annual Career Fair at the Cayman Islands Further Education Centre, on September 5th and 6th.
Human Resources Manager Joelle McCrae, Curator of Terrestrial Exhibits & Education Programmes Geddes Hislop and Park Coordinator & Communications Officer India Narcisse-Elliott attended the event, which is aimed at educating students on career and training opportunities.
The Cayman Turtle Centre team was focused on showing students the range of career options available at the park, and also in the tourism industry in general.
At the career fair, the team interviewed students and took applications for upcoming internship positions at the Cayman Turtle Centre in various departments.
The Cayman Turtle Centre regularly participates in CIFEC’s internship programme, hosting several local students per year.
