Schooner’s Bar & Grill is our cornerstone onsite restaurant. This large, screened-in outdoor eatery features an outdoor kitchen and a large bar. Guests enjoy Schooner’s offerings while relaxing on the screened-in deck that overlooks the salt-water lagoon full of marine life and our main attraction, the endangered green sea turtle. Watch these beautiful sea animals swim alongside your table, while you enjoy Schooner’s Bar & Grill island-style offerings.

Adjacent to our pool bar is our Sweetwood Caboose. The Sweetwood tree’s bark has been used to flavour and smoke meats all across the Caribbean throughout history. Our Sweetwood Caboose offers genuine Caribbean-infused flavours to some of your all-time favourite foods.

Coffee lovers unite…and enjoy daily fresh-baked pastries and other yummy goodies at our Silver Thatch Café. As the name suggests, this little treasure features one of our national symbols, the Silver Thatch Palm Tree. Silver Thatch Café has a unique “grab and go” style menu and can satisfy any sweet craving you may have with some of the best cookies on island. Don’t miss out on these special sweet treats when you visit.

Shellby’s Shack is the ultimate pool bar and snack shack! This little gem is located next to our freshwater pool and waterslide. As fun as our waterslide is, our Shellby’s Shack is just as entertaining. Order up your favourite cocktail, request that island beer you can’t wait to try, or fill that craving for some specialty bar food that just won’t go away. And Shellby & Friends wouldn’t leave out the kids, sno-cones and ice cream are also available as well as a full kids menu is on offer!
